Property Week Awards 2017
Our London Office Agency team was crowned ‘Office Agency Team of the Year’ at the 2017 Property Awards. The judges said: “Cushman & Wakefield has sought to bolster its credentials in central London, and its figures for 2016, the first full year since its merger with DTZ, show it has done so.’ Our national Investment team was highly commended in the Investment Agency category.
North West Property Awards 2017
Our office agency team in Manchester has been named ‘Office Agent of the Year’ in the North. In a highly competitive category, judges praised Cushman & Wakefield’s involvement in a wide range of developments delivering transformation in the North West.
Scottish Property Awards 2016 & 2017
Cushman & Wakefield’s Scottish retail team has won the title of Leisure Hotel and Retail Team of the Year for two consecutive years at the prestigious Scottish Property Awards held in Glasgow.
Estates Gazette Awards 2016
Cushman & Wakefield was awarded National Adviser of the Year at the Estates Gazette Awards 2016. The panel of judges – comprising some of the most respected names in the property industry – recognised the outstanding achievements of Cushman & Wakefield as “a truly national firm”.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham-based property asset management team has won three gold awards in a prestigious annual national health and safety awards.
