The Challenge

The rent on the 69,207 sq ft Sainsbury’s store at Locksbottom, Kent, was due to be reviewed on 14th March 2011.


The Solution

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of British Land, the landlord, on the rent review of Sainsbury’s, Locksbottom.


The Results

A rent of £2,150,000 per annum was agreed, based on £28.25 per sq ft.
