Rent review of Waitrose store at The Brunswick Centre
Cushman & Wakefield is retained by the landlord, The Brunswick Centre, to carry out all of their lease advisory work. Waitrose’s lease at The Brunswick Centre was due for a rent review on 25th March 2011.
Cushman & Wakefield acted for The Brunswick Centre on the rent review of the 42,000 sq ft Waitrose store.
A rising rent averaging £1,198,000 per annum over the period to the next review was agreed effective 25th March 2011, based on £28.50 per sq ft.
