The Challenge

To maintain and improve The Trafford Centre brand as “being always ahead” creating a point of difference and being able to offer the very best retail and leisure experience in the region is of key importance. The centre is one of the largest in the UK at 1.8m sq ft (167,220 sq m) with 10,000 car parking spaces located on junctions 9 and 10 of the M60 motorway to the South West of Manchester. Key anchors are Selfridges, John Lewis, and Debenhams with a 20 screen Odeon cinema.

The Solution

We target major internationals, develop unique relationships with occupiers to enable the “best in class” to be accommodated within this award winning retail and leisure destination.

The Results

We have generated a position where we have secured the first stores to the region whether they be Selfridges, Inditex, Banana Republic, Nespresso, together with growing rental income and capital value – we perform at every level.
