The Challenge

The rent on the 35,000 sq ft Waitrose store at Droitwich was due to be reviewed on 28th February 2010.

The Solution

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the landlord, Wychavon District Council, on the rent review of Waitrose Droitwich.

The Results

An independent expert determined a rent of £700,000 per annum.
