The Challenge

To bring in new retailers that compliment the anchors and current tenant mix.


The Solution

The Cribbs Causeway centre is currently anchored by the John Lewis Partnership and M&S, it was important that we brought in new tenants that upheld the quality and status of this scheme. Since taking on this instruction we have completed lettings to Radley, Hugo Boss, L Occitane, Hobbs, Paperchase, Austin Reed / Viyella and Jack and Jones.


The Results

Cribbs offers a fantastic shopping experience with a great mix of premium and high street retailers all in one location, footfall and sales have remained strong and as a result existing retailers including Next, have taken larger units due to continued demand in the centre. New Look, Republic and River Island are all in current talks about up-sizing their units.
