The Challenge
To reinvigorate this tired but prime section of high street, by redeveloping existing units and encouraging premium retailers to commit to occupation of the new unit.
The Solution
Four lettings achieved to Orange, The Gym, Currys Black and Barclays on long leases and healthy headline rentals.
The Results
The redevelopment and new lettings breathed life into this section of the high street. The Wellcome Trust Group were extremely pleased with the overall outcome of this project, particularly with the long term leasing commitments from the retailers, and their strong covenant status.
