The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as joint agent to give AWG marketing advice in relation to their 40,600 sq ft vacant office premises held on a lease until 2018 at Hamilton International Park.
The Solution
Step 1:
Cushman & Wakefield reviewed the marketing material and marketing strategy to target local and national agents and public sector contacts.
Step 2:
Cushman & Wakefield jointly inspected the property with the client, building surveyor and managing agent to identify any presentation issues and to discuss solutions to the problems.
The Results
Within a few months of appointment, the 2nd Floor totalling 13,600 sq ft was sub-let for the remainder of the term to ICM, a nearby occupier on the Park.
