C&W successfully dispose of prime Glasgow office space
Foundation Park is an established Park of 8 office buildings and Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to deliver a fresh outlook on the park throughout the rolling development programme. The original buildings are of a secondary nature yet they are home to some high profile occupiers. Since being involved, 3 buildings totalling approximately 92,000 sq ft have been demolished and replaced. Cushman & Wakefield were appointed as joint letting agents on behalf of Frogmore Properties with the brief to secure occupiers for the park in as short a timeframe as possible.
An innovative marketing campaign was put in place, targeting local, national and international occupiers with a them of embraqcing change.
Part of a floor within one of the new buildings was utilised as a marketing suite.
The marketing campaign focuses on the changes embraced by Frogmore, the prestigious park and its connectivity. It also allows potential occupiers to appreciate the high quality and specification of the new buildings.
We were successful in attracting Lexmark to take the whole of Building 8 at the entrance to the park. It totals approximately 23,000 sqft and marks the beginning of a successful investment by our client.
