C&W was appointed to give Wordie Properties advice in the comprehensive refurbishment of the 7,750 sq ft townhouse which comprises 3 floors.
C&W advised on the complete refurbishment including the retention of period features and finishes specification for the reception, office suites, kitchen and toilets.
C&W implemented a new marketing campaign to target occupiers and agents. The marketing campaign was high quality and involved the production of a series of marketing materials which included fresh brochure, signage, photography and building launch.
