The Challenge
C&W was appointed to give Wordie Properties advice in the comprehensive refurbishment of the 7,750 sq ft townhouse which comprises 3 floors.
The Solution
Step 1:
C&W advised on the complete refurbishment including the retention of period features and finishes specification for the reception, office suites, kitchen and toilets.
Step 2:
C&W implemented a new marketing campaign to target occupiers and agents. The marketing campaign was high quality and involved the production of a series of marketing materials which included fresh brochure, signage, photography and building launch.
The Results
Fully refurbished open plan suites with Grade A specification within a traditional townhouse with impressive entrance area and high quality finishes throughout, a quick letting of the 2nd Floor to Hurleypalmerflatt, 1st Floor to Flight Centre followed thereafter by a letting of the large ground floor suite to Spencer Ogden.
