The Challenge
C&W was appointed by Redevco to advise on two flagship retail stores on Scotland’s prime thoroughfare, Buchanan Street.
The Solution
C&W used its excellent knowledge of the Glasgow retail market and strong relationships with occupiers to target specific retailers who we were aware would consider representation in this 100% prime pitch on one of the most important retailing streets in the UK.
The Results
Terms were agreed with Office to upsize/relocate from 54/56 Buchanan Street. Charles Tyrwhitt was then subsequently secured for Office’s existing store at 54/56 Buchanan Street.
