The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as joint letting agents on The Centre, Livingston on behalf of Land Securities in December 2012. The scheme extends to 1 million sq ft of enclosed retail and leisure space.
The Solution
The aim was to reduce the void rate, enhance the tenant mix whilst maximising the value of the scheme through delivering key lettings.
The Results
During the course of 2013, Cushman & Wakefield has delivered 20 new lettings at The Centre reducing the void rate to its lowest level in a number of years.
Key lettings included Pandora, The Entertainer, Poundworld, Xile, Muffin Break and Card Factory.
