The Challenge
C&W advised Fat Face on acquiring several new stores across Scotland on their behalf. We were instructed to find a suitable relocation option for them in Edinburgh.
The Solution
C&W identified several suitable properties in the prime retailing thoroughfare of George Street. This led to Fat Face acquiring a flagship store at 69 George Street.
The Results
New 10 year FRI lease at a rent of £300,000 per annum for a unit of 3,257 sq ft over ground, basement and mezzanine levels.
