The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Banco do Brasil on the disposal of 34 King Street, a 16,000 sq ft, freehold office property in the heart of the City of London.
The Solution
The property was fully vacant, offering an excellent opportunity for redevelopment / refurbishment to the buyer. The City investment team launched a full marketing campaign for the property, targeted at investor’s with asset management capabilities.
The Results
The building was sold in May 2011 to London & Oriental.
