The Challenge

C&W advised LV Asset Management on the freehold sale of No. 1 Bishopsgate, a prime office and retail building in the heart of the City.

The Solution

The building had undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and was vacant, offering a rare asset management opportunity to potential investors. The City investment launched a full UK and overseas marketing campaign, using our extensive network of international contacts.

The Results

The property was sold with vacant possession to an overseas investor for £16.55 million.
