The Challenge
C&W was instructed to advise MEC on the sale of Bow Bells House, a freehold office located in the heart of the City.
The Solution
The property comprises 142,519 sq ft, which was let to Aberdeen Asset Management and Bank of Ireland with leases expiring in 2024.
The Results
The asset was purchased by a private overseas investor for £150 million, 5.5% net initial yield.
