The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by Holland & Barrett to secure a flagship store on Edinburgh's prime retail pitch, Princes Street in 2011.
The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield identified the suitable options available on the Street and provided advice on the commercial terms available for each option.
We worked closely with Holland & Barrett in assessing the most suitable property and negotiating the best terms available at a sustainable rental level together with agreeing handover specification.
The Results
A new 3,000 sq ft flagship store was secured at a level exceeding the client's expectations.
