Relocation to Castle Business Park, Stirling
The Natural Power Consultants appointed Cushman & Wakefield to help them identify a suitable location and office suite to house staff temporarily, for up to 1 year while the Headquarters building was acquired. Staff were relocating from various locations at short notice therefore a quick solution was essential.
- Carry out detailed search of the Stirling market to identify all options providing a 1 year lease.
- Negotiate limited liabilities including Schedule of Condition.
- Finalise agreement of terms and monitor through the legal process.
Cushman & Wakefield acquired the Ground Floor Part (4,071 sq ft), Lomond Court, Castle Business Park, Stirling for a period of 12 months on a sub-lease from The Forestry Commission while their new Headquarters building was identified.
The space acquired was off the market to house the staff who are relocating from other offices for a short term.
The deal included the acquisition of the previous tenant's furniture which saved both time and money for both parties.
