The Challenge

Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to give CBRE Global Investors marketing advice in relation to its 60,694 sq ft Grade B Listed office building in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. 

Cushman & Wakefield advised on the complete refurbishment of the recently vacated three upper floors, lift lobbies, reception foyer and ground floor entrance.

The Solution

Cushman & Wakefield implemented a new marketing campaign to target, local, national and public sector contacts.

The high quality campaign involved the production of a series of new marketing materials including a fresh brochure with inserts for each floor, signage, website and DVD movie.

Advice was given with regards to the lack of wheelchair access to the property due to the constraints of the listed building status and Historic Scotland listing; the team agreed and implemented a suitable solution to provide access through the front door.

The Results

  • Fully refurbished open plan suites with Grade A specification
  • Refreshed communal areas with standard building signage throughout
  • Disabled access was installed to the main entrance
