Disposal of fully let 183 apartment residential investment in Leeds

The Challenge
C&W won the instruction to market a full let residential investment, comprising 183 private residential apartments in Leeds City centre, called City Heights. The market conditions were extremely challenging, at a time when investment deals outside or central London were extremely rare.
The Solution
Following a survey, investment analysis and marketing strategy advice C&W undertook 12 months of aggressive marketing.
The Results
Using the full leverage of our international network, C&W penetrated the north American multi-family investment market and identified a PRS investor from within the Cargill Group. A sale was agreed between a joint venture created out of Cargill’s property group, CarVal and Addington Capital.
