The Challenge
C&W has been appointed as a Global Property Advisor to NIS, with the objective of reducing property costs over a three year period. Properties spread across 35 countries and span five continents.
The Solution
C&W has introduced seven key workstreams which includes: Workplace Strategy, Change Management, Programme Management, Transaction Management, Lease Administration and Data Management, Project Management and FM Consultancy - all of which are coordinated through the Programme Management Office (PMO) team. The assigned PMO lead manages the mobilisation of all projects and processes to ensure consistent and efficient delivery across all regions. The PMO lead also manages the growth of client business units, with consideration given to the creation of a sustainable cost base and risk management processes applied throughout.
The Results
The single point of contact provided by C&W has enabled the client to realise opportunities presented by their real estate portfolio, including the first project undertaken by C&W which delivered net savings of just under €1m.
