The Challenge
C&W are instructed by William Ewart Properties as joint leasing agents on this 350,000 sq ft shopping centre on the west side of Edinburgh. The scheme is anchored by Marks & Spencer and Morrisons.
The Solution
Through our expertise in shopping centre leasing and strong retailer relationships, we have been able to improve the profile of the centre and produce an enhanced tenant mix. We have also provided asset management advice on a proposed 60,000 sq ft Primark store.
The Results
Recent lettings include Barrhead Travel, Superdrug, Vodafone, Schuh, Card Factory and Clintons.
