The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Wincanton to dispose of various properties on a national basis, which included two modern, detached buildings at Trax Park, Doncaster which were held by the client on a leasehold basis.
The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield, together with its joint agents, undertook a proactive marketing campaign which included production of lettings boards, a brochure and undertaking mailing to the agents to maximise exposure to the market.
The Results
Terms were agreed with a party to take a sub-lease of Unit DC1, the larger of the two units which extends to 163, 209 sq ft, significantly reducing Wincanton’s property costs.
