We have acquired 7 sites on their behalf in the last 2 years, including most recently the following:
• 262 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow (3,348 sq ft) at a rent of £63,500 per annum.
• Unit 4, Palace Towers Retail Park, Hamilton (3,897 sq ft) at a rent of £95,000 per annum.
• Unit 2, Omni Centre, Edinburgh (4,050 sq ft) at a rent of £120,000 per annum.
• Unit C4, Braehead Shopping Centre, Glasgow (3,650 sq ft) at a rent of £113,115 per annum.
