The Challenge
C&W was appointed by Commerz Real as joint leasing agents on Victoria Square, an 800,000 sq ft shopping centre in Belfast city centre. The scheme comprises 103 units, with an 8 screen Odeon cinema and 10 restaurants such as Wagamama, Pizza Hut, Prezzo, Chiquito, Cosmo and Nando’s. Key retailers include Topshop, Ted Baker, Reiss, Apple, Superdry and USC.
The Solution
Through our expertise in shopping centre leasing and global network, we have been able to attract high profile retail brands to consider Belfast, who have previously been unrepresented in Northern Ireland.

Recent key lettings include Warehouse, Kiehl’s, Replay, Fat Face and Mango.
