C&W is instructed by Land Securities as sole letting agent across the scheme with a remit to enhance value through a proactive approach. Blackpool Retail Park is the dominant scheme in the town extending to approximately 138,000 sq ft (12,820 sq m).
Through our expertise in retail park leasing, C&W is implementing an agreed strategy to right-size existing retailers and arrange new lease transactions to enhance the tenant mix and extend income protection. All aligned with investment in the scheme for an upgrade of the shop fronts and improvement of the retail environment for long term benefit.
C&W has been successful in implementing the strategy, rightsizing DSG t/a Currys:PC World, relocating Harveys, introducing TK Maxx and Poundland and upsizing Dunelm. The shop fronts upgraded and estate signage and landscaping improvements implemented.
