One stop solution for ACCA
In 2013 Cushman & Wakefield led by the Scottish team, won the commission to deliver the ACCA global real estate strategy, as part of their overall strategic ‘2020’ business plan.
A priority to this developed strategy, was to consolidate their London estate, from three buildings into a single HQ function which reflected the progressive nature of their brand and culture.
Cushman & Wakefield advised ACCA on the disposal of these two freehold and one leasehold building in the Lincolns Inn Field area of mid-town, therein amalgamating over 400 people into one new headquarter location at the Adelphi, which met all of the ACCA’s requirements on location and size, blending both heritage and history, with modern and efficient. It also provided ACCA with its own entrance at street level.
The lease was signed and the Landlord works complete in July. Project Management & Consultancy team delivered a fast track procurement approach which allowed an early site start in order to finish ready for the client to move over Christmas 2015.
ACCA has moved into new building by Christmas 2015. Despite the incredibly tight time scale, the project was finished on time and received a very positive internal reviews.
