New brand - new office
Wasserman, a sports marketing and talent management company, based in Los Angeles, assigned Cushman & Wakefield to combine their London team from 2 existing central London locations into one workplace. The new office had to represent Wasserman’s identity, be smart, edgy and tech savvy to project their business, as well as being aligned with their new global branding.
Cushman & Wakefield provided Wasserman with the one stop shop solution for the project. Office agency conducted a market search and identified approx. 20,000 sq ft space in Aldwych House that suited client’s needs in terms of location, image and size to accommodate the combined team. Project Management & Consultancy team then managed the delivery of the fit out works. The concept was created by leading American Architect ZGF and was implemented by UK design and build contractor – Denton Associates. The fit out works took 20 weeks and was conducted in time and on budget. It was crucial to keep within a very tight timescale, due to the seasonality of Wasserman business.
Wasserman moved into the new office space at the end of July to enormously positive feedback from the senior team in the Los Angeles headquarters in terms of brand interpretation in creation of the dynamic workplace environment.
“I am delighted to say we were in our new office on time and on budget and all our staff and guest love our new space,” Lenah Ueltzen-Gabell, Wasserman Executive Vice President, EMEA.
