Occupier Fit Out for IP Group

The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield Project Management team was assigned to provide Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Consultancy and Building Engineering Services for the creation of IP Group London office on the top floor of the iconic Walbrook Building in London.
Occupation by March 2017 meant the fit-out works had to be completed within 12 weeks from the lease execution date to avoid a lease extension of the space they previously occupied.
The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield provided IP Group with a comprehensive service solution comprising Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Consultancy, and MEP design for the project.
The Results
The fit out works took 10 weeks and was conducted in time and on budget. A high quality collaborative working space has been delivered with several bespoke design features to fit in the distinctive base build design.
