The Challenge
UK Finance represents nearly 300 of the leading firms providing finance, banking, markets and payments-related services in or from the UK. The firm appointed Cushman & Wakefield to help them relocate to its new office on the 5th floor of One Angel Court in the City of London.
UK Finance required a brand new office to accommodate two distinguished areas: an employee area of circa 15,000 sq ft and a high quality area in which to host the association’s members. The new office space will facilitate the consolidation of six existing trade association bodies to promote a better representation.
The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant representation team secured a lease for 23,000 sq. ft. on the 5th floor of One Angel Court, London EC2R 7HJ. The following services were subsequently provided by Cushman & Wakefield's Project Management team -project management and contract administration, cost consultancy, building engineering services and interior design.
The Results
UK Finance started occupation as planned in the beginning of August. A high quality Member Area and collaborative working space were delivered within budget to create an open and collaborative environment.
