The Conference will focus on discovering new ways to create modern and innovative environments for people to work in. There will be topics and discussions on sustainable buildings with the session titled 'On the Tin', talks on 'The Evolving Office', how information technology is evolving, also how 'Future Cities' are re-inventing themselves and much more.

Further information can be found at http://www.bco.org.uk/Conference/Conference.aspx

Cushman & Wakefield are delighted to be involved in the conference and our team will be attending and presenting at the event.

Andy Tyler, Head of West End Offices and Juliette Morgan, a Partner in our Occupier Representation team and urban tech specialist will join a panel of speakers to discuss “Is TMT setting the agenda for new offices?”

The TMT sector is seen as being different in the way that it uses its office space, BCO has a new research report on this subject which assesses just how different the TMT sector is as an office occupier and sets out its likely impact on the specification and design of offices. Six developer members of the BCO collaborated on this research project to find out how to respond to the TMT sectors space requirements. This is an opportunity to learn more about the way that this important sector of the office market uses space.

The seminar will present findings which will help to define the BCO’s understanding of the TMT sector, respond to the sector’s needs, and more importantly, recognise if there are trends developing in TMT will spread to the wider office market.
