Cushman & Wakefield secures new occupier for The Royals

Acting on behalf of Standard Life, Cushman & Wakefield has secured another new occupier at The Royals in Sharston, South Manchester.  Computer data storage company EMC has agreed a 10-year lease and is set to occupy circa 9,000 sq ft.

The Royals, which is prominently situated immediately off the M56, provides around 55,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation with extensive on-site car parking.  The building is now 71% let and is home to Altus Edwin Hill, The Danwood Group and Wates Construction.

Jonathan Baucher of Cushman & Wakefield said: “We are delighted to have attracted EMC to The Royals. The office market in the North West is experiencing an upturn in activity and we are confident the building will be fully let in the near future given the level of existing interest we have in the remainder.”

Jones Lang LaSalle was the joint letting agents.  CBRE acted on behalf of EMC.
