Cushman & Wakefield has hired Millie Wilson from Savills to join its expanding dedicated leisure and restaurants team.
Responsible for retail agency in central London, UK high streets and shopping centres during her four years at Savills, Millie has worked on high profile occupier instructions from bakery Paul, Morrisons, Tortilla and Jack Wills alongside notable landlord mandates across London and the wider UK.
Millie joins two other recent recruits in Cushman & Wakefield’s leisure and restaurants team: Kate Sadler, who joins as a surveyor having transferred internally from the firm’s valuation and advisory practice in Paris, and Emma Hargreaves who joins as an assistant surveyor.
Thomas Rose, head of leisure and restaurants at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “I’m very pleased Millie has decided to join our team – she’s well respected in the market and has some first-class experience with occupiers and landlords alike. Millie will be a great asset to us as we look to grow our practice even further.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s leisure and restaurants team works with leading brands and assets in London, across the UK and internationally and is at the forefront of the latest trends and concepts. The team has extensive knowledge across all sectors of the leisure market including: cinema, fast food, casual and luxury dining, budget and premium gyms, hotels, casinos and bingo uses.
Current assignments include leasing the leisure and restaurants at the iconic Battersea Power Station and Old Spitalfields Market. This is alongside occupier mandates such as a major roll-out for Bella Italia restaurants across the UK, Chipotle Mexican Grill, one of the world’s most successful restaurant groups, and the premium Reebok Health Club group as it looks to expand from Canary Wharf.
