ESPC (Edinburgh Solicitors’ Property Centre) is relocating to new premises in the centre of Edinburgh this Spring / Summer.

The property marketing company won’t have far to take its boxes as it is moving from 85 to 107 George Street, which was formerly occupied by diamond merchant Lime Blue, in the heart of the Capital’s prime office and retail district.

ESPC has taken a 10 year lease on the building, paying a rent of £215,000 pa.

Covering 1,609 sq ft on the ground floor and 1,702 sq ft on the first floor, the building will feature a modern, attractive showroom at street level and appointment rooms above where ESPC’s range of expert advisers can meet clients.

Isla Monteith, Partner, Retail Services with Cushman & Wakefield, acted for ESPC in the deal said: “ESPC were keen to stay on George Street when their current lease expired and we were delighted to be able to find them ideal premises in a great corner location in close vicinity to their existing showroom.

“It’s no surprise the No.1 for property in the area didn’t want to leave as George Street is such a thriving shopping, leisure and business location and the perfect place for them to showcase properties and offer free expert advice and events to the those with a vested interest in the property market.”
