Global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield has today announced the appointment of Rebekah Tobias as a partner within its London-based cross-border capital markets team.
Rebekah joins Cushman & Wakefield in early May from leading London boutique investment firm D2 Private. Prior to this, Rebekah worked for CBRE in London and New York.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Rebekah will work with the firm’s global capital markets team with a specific focus on the Americas region and in particular on securing cross-border investment opportunities in London, the UK and major European cities on behalf of North American investors.
James Beckham, head of London capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Rebekah is a welcome new addition to our growing international team in London and we are excited about the impact she will have in securing new business opportunities and in tapping into the extensive capital flows coming from the Americas at present.”
Rebekah will be based in the City of London and work closely with James Beckham, Cushman & Wakefield’s incoming new head of West End investment Richard Womack, James Crawford, Andrew Thomas and other senior members of the team to grow the business and secure a greater share of the London investment market.
