Bryan Laxton to retire from Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that former UK CEO, Bryan Laxton is to retire and will leave the firm at the end of the month.

During his 34 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Bryan led the UK capital markets team and subsequently in the role of UK CEO he steered the UK operations through some of the most challenging years for the industry post-2008 until end of 2013.

Bryan plans to spend more time with his family in East Anglia and intends to take up some non-executive appointments in the charity sector.
