Following the success of its recent sector focused restructure, Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory team has been on a recruitment drive and in doing so have added 15 new members to its national team within the last 6 months.
The restructure has seen V&A become a completely sector based department, reflecting the team’s “client only” approach and better positioning them to deal with specific fields of expertise. This will provide clients with up-to-date services from teams who have their finger on the pulse of the market and an in-depth understanding of all the nuances of their sector.
David Lusher, Head of Valuation & Advisory, said: “The restructure is something that has had a great appeal to current, and potential clients, evidenced by our need to recruit.”
The V&A team now consists of 10 main disciplines; retail, central London, hospitality, industrial, office, self-storage, residential, portfolio, Manchester and Scotland. As of July 2015, it will be an 85 strong team of expert advisors with additions throughout all sectors.
In what has been a very successful period of recruitment, Cushman & Wakefield V&A has welcomed the arrival of Felix van Musschenbroek, Lindsay Walker, Emma Bailey, Jagruti Joshi, Leonidas Pipinis, Edward Short, Gareth Wilson, Russell Hefferan, Grace Newman, Harry Jeffries, Hugo Pickford, Matt Simmonds, Oli Donaldson, Will Gault and Craig Millward.
David Lusher added: “We are delighted to have recruited so effectively in the last 6 months and it has been great to welcome so many new faces. Valuation & Advisory is by no means an easy market to recruit for, so the recent success is a testament the Cushman & Wakefield brand and the standard of work being produced by the team.”
