Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its Hotel Valuation Team by appointing Carl Ridgley, a former Director and Head of Hotels at Lambert Smith Hampton.
Carl, who joins as Director, brings over 15 years’ experience of the hotel sector in the UK and Europe from both private and corporate practice, with extensive valuation and transactional experience.

Cushman & Wakefield’s global hospitality team combines real estate knowledge with practical hotel expertise that adds value for hotel investors, owners, operators, developers and financiers. Within EMEA, the team of 39 operates in 41 countries with hospitality-dedicated teams in 13 cities. The principle service lines are Capital Markets, Valuation and Development Advisory.
The team has extensive experience in handling the broad spectrum of hotel assets, from luxury trophy to limited service hotels. Last year Cushman & Wakefield valued more than 1,000 properties across EMEA, totaling approximately €17.6bn in value and advised on transactions worth in excess of €1.4bn.
