US owned PCI Pharma Services has acquired 26,500 sq ft at Unit 6 Tafarnaubach Industrial Estate in Tredegar in a continued expansion of its operations as a fully integrated service provider for the global healthcare industry.

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the landlord, Ashtenne Industrial Fund LLP.
Chris Yates, Senior Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial agency team in Cardiff commented: “We are delighted to have facilitated a major local employer in PCI Pharma Services expand their operations at Tafarnaubach Industrial Estate.
