Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Ryan Perryman as Head of Asset Services UK.
Ryan, who has more than 20 years’ commercial property experience on both the client and advisory side, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, serving as Director of Property Management, Digital and Information Systems, EMEA. Ryan, who is also a qualified accountant, takes on direct responsibility for the UK business plan and financial performance, reporting to Michael Hatt, Head of Asset Services EMEA.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for FTSE 100 European property specialist Hammerson plc as Group IT Director. The business and digital initiatives he led included pioneering intelligent building developments in the UK.

Across EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team provides core and specialised services to 565 clients across 6,240 properties with an annual rent roll under management exceeding €4 billion.
