Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Clive Tydeman to set up the new infrastructure for its EMEA business’ Asset Services operations.
Clive, who has 20 years’ experience managing major transformation projects most recently as CBRE’s Head of Operations for Asset Services in EMEA, is well qualified to deliver the systems to ensure Cushman & Wakefield clients are provided with the optimum service in the most cost-effective manner.
After completing an MBA, Clive worked in numerous industries in process improvement and transformational roles. Following a short stint managing a charity in Sudan, Clive returned to the UK and has for the past eight years worked exclusively in the property industry.
