Due to significant growth in their business, our client, Julian Hodge Bank Limited (JHB) needed to relocate from their existing office to larger premises and selected one floor of a recently constructed high grade building, occupying a total floor area of 16,500ft²
JHB required a stylish and imaginative new office environment to meet their own occupational and staff requirements.
Working in conjunction with JHB’s specialist IT infrastructure, audio-visual and security consultants, Cushman & Wakefield Project Management & Consultancy developed a design brief and were then appointed to complete the detailed architectural design, project management, cost consultancy, mechanical and electrical consultancy and principal designer roles of the project.
The office fit out included reconfiguration of existing base building ceilings and floors, upgrading of services, formation of adaptable client meeting and entertainment, reception, open plan office, staff break out and ancillary accommodation.
The fit out works were completed in 10 weeks meeting the prescribed parameters of design, budget and timescale. As a result JHB are able to present, occupy and enjoy one of South Wales’ most prestigious offices.
