The tournament, organised by the RICS West Midlands, took place on Weds 13 July at Perry Barr Goals.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team was made up of colleagues from the Birmingham and Cardiff offices who won all their eight matches, beating Malcolm Hollis 4-2 in the final.

Joe Williams, team captain and an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Residential team said: 'It was a very competitive tournament this year with a number of new teams entering. We combined quality with great effort, determination and a will to win. We are very proud to have won the tournament for the third time in four years.”
The Tournament is in memory of Birmingham Surveyor, Paul Tanner who was murdered in 2005.
