Cushman & Wakefield Reappointed to Major Government Property Framework

Cushman & Wakefield has been reappointed to a major government property services framework giving access to contract opportunities across the UK public sector.

Under the Framework, Cushman & Wakefield will continue to support government and the wider public sector to deliver efficient, sustainable and fit for purpose property, securing value for money to the public purse.

The new Estates Professional Services Framework (RM3816), operated by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), will run for four years.

The new Framework will provide central government, local authority, health trusts, emergency services, schools, housing associations and regeneration agencies with direct access to a full range of Cushman & Wakefield services on a national basis, including:

  • Disposals
  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Building surveying
  • Dilapidations
  • Estate and property management
  • Rating services
  • Valuations
  • Compulsory purchase
  • Planning
