The I-Suite: Inspiring The Influencers

I-Suite: Inspiring the influencers

What is the I-Suite?

The I-Suite is a series of events, tailored specifically for the ‘influencers’ of real estate and related industries.

The objective of the I-Suite is to create a network of motivated, ambitious, professionals who represent the influencers within their respective industries.

We want to inspire the influencers and create a hot pot of talent, creative ideas and personalities who wish to interact beyond their typical business social circles.

Who should attend the I-Suite?

Our audience are motivated, ambitious, young professionals across a range of industries including real estate, finance, tech, legal and media.

We’re looking for the next generation of decision makers, typically up to 12 years industry experience, that wish to engage beyond traditional corporate forums.

We're all taught to talk. Very few of us are taught to listen.

And yet all effective communication starts with listening.

In this session we welcome Richard Mullender, Former Lead Trainer of the National Hostage and Crisis Negotiation Unit, Scotland Yard, to the I-Suite to present "The Power of Listening."

Cut through the noise and reignite your passion for fundamental communication skills in a climate where modern technology challenges our ability to communicate effectively.

Expect an interactive and enlightening session that will challenge you to listen, understand and influence. Following the session will be an opportunity to take part in an unforgettable enactment of a hostage scenario.

The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is happening fast with the potential to re-shape our lives and societies. Cognitive computing technologies can learn, problem-solve and make decisions which could either strengthen or displace the need for humans in the workplace.

'How Human is the Future of Work?' will comprise an expert panel from across academia, corporate business, and the cutting edge of AI implementation.

Our panel will explore the implications of automation in the workplace as well as the societal, economic and political consequences of the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Will robots really steal our jobs? Or will we learn to work together?

  • Rory Young - Chair, Cushman & Wakefield
  • Stephen Todd - Technical Director, Mashbo - helping clients build automated solutions – what are clients in the North West asking for now, and how might this change in 10 years.
  • Paul Unger - Publisher, PlaceTech - has his finger on the pulse for all things PropTech – what is he seeing from traveling Europe to attend PropTech conferences
