Two Senior Hires for Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Asset Services

Cushman & Wakefield has made two senior appointments to its EMEA Asset Services team in Maarten de Haas and Tina Parfitt.

Maarten de Haas has joined from Deloitte as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), a new role responsible for the strategy and relationship with existing and prospective clients. Tina Parfitt has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO). She will drive the technology agenda, supporting the strategic aims of the Asset Services business across EMEA.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Maarten was a Director and member of Deloitte’s Global Strategies Group with a leading role in business development and growth, as well as ensuring a customer centric service delivery at all levels.

Tina joins from Countrywide Plc, where she held the role of Group Head of IT Services and Operations, leading all IT service and associated operational aspects of technology delivery to support the sales and lettings teams.

Michael Hatt, Cushman & Wakefield’s Head of EMEA Asset Services, said: “Maarten and Tina are two very significant additions to our business, who will underpin and enhance our capabilities. Maarten’s experience in global organisations and business strategy will certainly be an advantage in further cementing our customer-focused reputation and driving growth. Technological excellence goes hand-in-hand with that and, as a senior business and technology leader, Tina brings a wealth of valuable strategic insight that will ensure it is at the forefront of our plans for success.”

Maarten de Haas said: “Customers are the assets in asset management. They’re seeking excellent products and they want a great service delivery experience from their providers. Organisations that do that best, with a strong sense of collaboration and customer focus, undoubtedly generate further business opportunities.”

Tina Parfitt, said: "I am looking forward to leading the technology agenda within Asset Services, to drive value from our existing IT investments and to champion a client-focused technology strategy. We have a huge opportunity to harness technology and it has an important role to play in the service we will deliver to clients.”

Forming one of Cushman & Wakefield’s core global service lines, the Asset Services team is dedicated to providing comprehensive property management services throughout the asset life cycle. Across the globe, Cushman & Wakefield manages all types of real estate on behalf of corporate, institutional, and private clients.
