Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Adam Cookson as a Partner in the Logistics & Industrial EMEA team within its Global Occupier Services (GOS) business.

Adam Cookson, Partner, Global Occupier Services EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Having spent nearly 20 years viewing property from the perspective of occupiers and as a client, it’s clear to me that real estate requirements are evolving and increasingly complex. I’m looking forward to applying this insight to help our delivery of services to an impressive and expanding range of clients.”

Robert Hall, Chair of Logistics & Industrial EMEA, Global Occupier Services, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Adam’s client-side experience brings an added level of expertise to our occupational logistics and industrial team, ensuring we continue to offer our clients the best insight and service possible. He is another standout performer choosing to join our expanding team and enhancing our delivery of services, following the arrival of Paul Foreman earlier in the year.”
