Four separate leasing deals have seen more than 60,000 sq ft of space taken at Bourne Business Park in Weybridge in 2018.
The recent letting to Mundays solicitors is the latest in a flurry of leasing transactions at the award-winning Bourne Business Park.
- CHEP moved from nearby Weybridge Business Park in January and acquired 14,631 sq ft of space paying a rent of £35.00 per square foot (psf).
- Orica UK acquired 7,294 sq ft also at £35.00 psf in April.
- To complement the amenity provision at Bourne Business Park, serviced office provider Devonshire Business Centres, was welcomed in June, letting the whole of 500 Dashwood Lang Road which comprises 24,774 sq ft on a straight 10-year lease.
- In the most recent deal, Mundays LLP acquired 13,675 sq ft on the 1st floor of 400 Dashwood Lang Road at a rate of £35.00 psf.
Cushman & Wakefield and JLL acted for park owners LaSalle Investment Management. CHEP was advised by Cushman & Wakefield, Orica advised by CBRE and Mundays advised by Hurst Warne.
