David Davidson, Scottish Chair of Cushman & Wakefield has been named
Dealmaker of the Year for the Glasgow office market by leading industry
David took home the title at the CoStar Agency Awards 2019 ceremony in
Edinburgh’s Sheraton Hotel on Tuesday night (26th February).
This follows a hugely successful year for David who was involved in some
of Scotland’s most high profile deals including the 187,000 sq ft letting of 1
Atlantic Square in Glasgow to HM Revenue and Customs, the subsequent forward
funding of the development to Legal & General at over £100m, advising
Clydesdale Bank on the pre-let HQ acquisition of 111,000 sq ft at 177 Bothwell
Street, the sale of Maxim Business Park for £38 million, and the purchase of
the Aker Solutions HQ at Aberdeen Airport for 112.5 million.
