Information gathering and analysing how you currently work will provide innovative and potential office efficiency enhancements. By incorporating footprints, new technologies and recommendations of improving work styles we will be able to build a solid foundation of your new space and possibly help reduce running costs on rental space.
A feasibility study is a platform of utilising the space provided. It provides the opportunity to consider how existing space could be adapted, developed and created and also allows for current needs and future growth.
Following client interviews and footprint identification, we produce a space audit that calculates the area required for your business. This can be used as a tool during the relocation process and can form a high level accommodation brief
We produce test-fits to enhance a clients ability to visualise how their future space could be used and provides a good basis of developing the design process.
Conceptual and Scheme designs
Early concept sketches can be developed through several iterations, leading to a relatively detailed design. We develop designs as part of the full Interior Design service which can include mood boards, finishes and sketch visualisation.
Furniture Advisory and procurement
We have a wealth of information surrounding furniture options available in the market. We work closely with each client to ascertain their budget and ensure all furniture selections work holistically with the designed interior.
We can provide conceptual sketches and outline plans to be translated into informative imagery that will be an aid between the designer and client.
CAT A (Landlord) and CAT B (Tenant) Fit Out (Coordinated Tender and Construction drawing packages)
We develop fully coordinated drawing packages and NBS Specifications for both Tender and Construction phases.
Construction Supervision and Site Inspections
As part of the designers role we undertake regular site inspections. This enables any design modifications to be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
It is the firms policy to specify products and advise of sustainable sources that still meet the clients brief and requirements.
